Supporting the Communities Where We Live and Work
Yazaki has a strong connection to the communities in which our employees live and work.
We support a broad spectrum of educational initiatives but take a particular interest in technical programs. We annually award four-year, renewable scholarships for higher education to qualifying students.
Additionally, Yazaki contributes to various programs promoted by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), including the Convergence Education Foundation (CEF), and a variety of other initiatives in partnership with local colleges and universities. Yazaki also sponsors special programs that provide exposure to the arts for less fortunate youth. Other educational initiatives include sponsorship of professional guidance and mentorship programs for academically and behaviorally challenged youth throughout metropolitan Detroit.

A vibrant and thriving community is not only good for business, but also offers a variety of services and support to our associates and visiting customers and suppliers.
